Rent a bike for your holidays

Whilst you are staying in your holiday rental, you are able to make bike trips around the area. There is designated cycle path that runs along the whole coast of the Algarve and Ria Formosa.

All bikes include lock.
Baby chair, helmet, emergency kit and pump - provided only when requested by customer.

Rental Conditions

It’s required that clients before renting the bikes, must read and sign the rental terms and conditions.

All bikes are delivered in perfect condition.

Lockers are supplied with all rentals.

All users should use a safety helmet. Minors not only must use a helmet, but also need their parent’s authorization, or any legal representative to permit the rental.

All clients are responsible for any type of damage inflicted on the bikes, even in case of robbery, during the rental period. In case of robbery, the monetary compensation will calculated based on the type of bike rented by the client.

A security deposit of 20€ is required and will be delivered in total, if no damage is caused on the bike. Clients will need to present any form of ID. (Credit card, driving license, ID card, etc).

Technical assistance during the rental period is free in range of 5Kms of the rental point (shop). However, any material needed in the repair will be charged to the client according to the pricing table. (Within a range wider than the 5Kms, the charged fee will be calculated based on the distance (Kms), and time.

Assistance during the rental, works every day, from 9am to 6 pm, except on Sundays.

All clients must respect all traffic rules, and use caution while using the bikes. Casa Abílio Bike, does not responsibilize for any accidents, injuries or whatsoever in case of lack of attention, or irresponsible use of the bike.
